EARNING THE SIOR DESIGNATION

Review Requirements

1.       Review all relevant requirements for membership, including:

• SIOR Bylaws (see membership excerpts)
• Code of Ethics
• Production requirements (based on your designation path)
• Educational requirements (based on your designation path)

2. Request Login

Obtain a username and password to access the secure online form to apply for membership.

3. Submit Application

Current applicants with a username and password must complete and submit the application and supporting documents. You must also provide a CV or resume and two recommendations from active members of the chapter. 

Process for Designee and Affiliate Applicants

STEP 1: Obtain two nominations from designees who are chapter members.

STEP 2: Receive approval from SIOR National to submit your application online.

STEP 3: Chapter interview (30 Days)

STEP 4: Chapter SIOR designees vote –

STEP 5: If the chapter approves, your name will be released for objections.

STEP 6: Membership approved.
