About Us

SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS® is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association.  The Utah chapter serves the entire state. It comprises active industrial and office brokers, associate members, and chapter sponsors.

The Chapter meets several times per year for networking, socializing, and listening to speakers on various topics pertaining to commercial real estate in Utah and the western United States. These interactive meetings provide a forum for members to meet with associate members, chapter sponsors, industry leaders, and guests to learn about and discuss trends and new issues in our industry.  
  

There are several reasons to participate in a Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) Utah Chapter, including:
